Wow not enough people update on a regular basis. What am I supposed to do with my free time? I mean besides watch my shows or reread Nancy Drew (seriously, I love her but those books are pretty hilarious! I wish I was 18, had a car, no job, no school, unlimited funds, a lawyer for a father and the most abnormal amount of luck in the WORLD). So next week is reading week which is going to make this week feel 10x longer than usual. But it's all good...if you keep saying that it's all good it will be! So yeah, I still have some school work to do...it never ends! Every time I finish one assignment there is either another one that needs to be done right away or should be started so that I don't have as much work to do at one time later! Honestly, it's 5:20 and I have no idea how it got to be now! I never get to do anything anymore and it's mostly my own fault. I just can't stop worrying about getting things done and stuff!! Aaaaargh! I'm so going to hopefully get to do stuff during reading week! I mean, I already have this weekend planned out s I'll be getting out of the house and watching Moonlighting Season 3 (am I obsessed? Well, not really a question anymore is it?). So yeah this is me making an actual entry to go along with the quotes of the day to try to inspire the rest of you to do the same! You've got to have more going on in your lives than I do! Although today I got out and got to talk to people because Scarianne, Shawn, Greg, and Jonathan were all at church so that was some good times. Unfortunately Scari had to take off early so I'm going to have to give her a call or maybe she'll be on msn sometime this week because I wanted to get together with her before she goes back to school...she has reading week this week.
So anyway, I decided to put up some extra quotes today so that y'all have more of a chance because I know not everyone watches the same movies. So yeah. Here are a few quotes from some pretty fabulous movies, remember: actors not characters.
Quote 1 C1: So how'd it go? C2: Oh. They said I needed acting lessons. A soap opera told me I needed acting lessons. C1: Well, let me buy you a cheeseburger. Sky's the limit. Up to seven dollars... and eighty-four cents.
Quote 2 [On the radio] C1: Mister Mystery Guest? Are you still there? C2: Yeah, I'm still here. Unless you wanna open the front door for me. C1: Uh, no I'm afraid not. But you have me at a loss. You know my name but who are you? Just another American who saw too many movies as a child? Another orphan of a bankrupt culture who thinks he's John Wayne? Rambo? Marshall Dillon? C2: Was always kinda' partial to Roy Rogers actually. I really dig those sequined shirts. C1: Do you really think you have a chance against us, Mister Cowboy? C2: Yippee-ki-yay!
Quote 3 C1: Gentlemen, we do not stop till nightfall. C2: What about breakfast? C1: You've already had it. C2: We've had one, yes. What about second breakfast? C3: I don't think he knows about second breakfast. C2: : What about elevenses? Luncheon? Afternoon tea? Dinner? Supper? He knows about them, doesn't he? C3: I wouldn't count on it.
If you have to look up the actors because you know the character but not the actor that's fine. I have no problem with that. Good luck everyone! Hopefully there is something for all of you!
